Sex and meditation

As apart of my Bushido I am also suppose to research and use
some of the ancient methods of meditation (Buddhism).
I never realized it till I started reading the books but
I have been incidentally meditating on a daily basis my
whole life. Apparently looking at a object and dividing
it’s parts and then reassembling it mentally is considered
the most powerful form of meditation. After reading that
I am happy I am so judge mental of people cause I mentally
analyze people the same as another monk would.
