Sculpting Mind & Body

I have read several of the articles under this category
and even though they are all helpful for the muscle and flesh,
none seem to connect the sensuality-eroticism of the mind
AND body in healthy harmony. It would seem to me that if BOTH
were in good to excellant health, then the first step toward
“mind-blowing” and “body-blowing”
sex (if I may) has been taken. Focusing too much on just one
of these human attributes would only be selling yourself
short.
