Is it possible for a woman to develop a multi orgasmic response with the correct techniques?

It has been my experience that there are women that have
the required predisposition to enable them to become multi
orgasmic, with an adept partner. Importantly, the belief
that ones own pleasure is ultimately derived from watching
the response of your partner is the first prerequisite.
To passionately want to pleasure your partner, is an
attitude that is conveyed with every sensual attendance
to their pleasure points and a woman is always cognisant
