the opposite of premature ejaculator

I have decided to post this in order to get some help.
Do you know what a premature ejaculator is?
I am the opposite of this.
I am not impotent and can hold a strong erection for almosthours. I am very excited and my sex drive is high. I am very
straight, and love women. I had many partners in my life
but was committed few twice to be engaged, never married
though. I can make love for an hour and I have difficulty to reach
orgasm. I enjoy what I do, but I do not ejaculate. I have been
checked by doctors and I am normal. I do not have this problem
if I masturbate, which I can do quite often. My partners
consider me as a good lover, because they have usually multi
orgasms in one session. I am very self conscious to provide
pleasure to my partners. I have for a long time blamed on being tired, not enough sleep,
too much alcohol, too much stress with work, or just not
inspired by the woman in my bed, but this is non sense. It
happens also when none of these conditions occur. This problem is often the main cause of my break ups, because
did I say it? it never happens with new partners… for at
least the first week where we are intimate. I can even cum
too early.
If any of you have ever heard about some one having the same
behavior, (ladies or guys) please reply to this. This is
very serious. I even went to see a therapist which did not
help at all.
